Elements and Performance Criteria
- Identify risks and develop management strategies
- Scope of program or project is identified from design brief specifications and/or relevant documentation and in consultation with relevant person/s
- Potential, perceived and actual risk events are identified, documented and analysed in consultation with risk professionals and/or relevant person/s in accordance with workplace procedures
- Risk management methods, tools and techniques are used in the analysis, reporting and documenting of identified risk events
- Risk management techniques are used to analyse risk events, assess options and recommend risk approaches to relevant person/s for approval
- Risk management processes and workplace procedures are developed for agreement by stakeholders and communicated for ongoing management of risk factors
- WHS/OHS risk control measure are incorporated in risk management strategies in accordance with workplace procedures and relevant industry standards
- Condition monitoring of plant, equipment, criteria for repair and/or replacement are incorporated in risk management strategies
- Implement and monitor risk management strategies
- Programs and project plan/s activities are monitored to identify and respond to variations in accordance with risk management processes and workplace procedures
- Agreed risk responses are implemented and plans modified to reflect changing project objectives in accordance with risk management processes and workplace procedures
- Evaluate risk management strategies
- Risk issues and recommended improvements are identified, documented and submitted to relevant person/s for approval to be incorporated into ongoing and/or future program or project plans
